Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We verify age at registration via your date of birth, and accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately.

2. Community rules & zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, solicitation, or scams.

Members can report other members they have interacted with. Reported accounts may be suspended automatically pending review, and suspended accounts lose access to the platform without refund.

3. Membership & billing

Membership is billed monthly in Australian dollars at the rate shown at signup. Pricing differs by membership category and is displayed before you pay.

Your membership renews automatically each month on your saved card unless you turn off auto-renew from your dashboard before the renewal date.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card number on our servers.

Payments are non-refundable, including for partially used periods or suspended accounts.

4. Inactivity

Profiles with no login for 90 days are hidden from browsing until you next log in.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the photos and text you post. You must own them and they must not be unlawful, misleading, or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

6. Liability

Let's Date is a platform for adults to meet. We do not conduct criminal background checks on members. Always exercise care when meeting people online — read our safety guidance and meet in public places first.
